I have been using a Bourjois face powder for a couple of years now and I loved it but recently it does not seem as good as its been previously. I am not sure if they have changed the product or if my skin has changed. Who knows. Either way, I wanted to find something better.
I chose Diorskin Nude Air Powder because it claims to be an invisible powder that gives a heathy glow. I like full coverage makeup but hate that cakey look so I hoped that would be avoided with this powder.
I got shade 030 Medium beige which is the perfect shade for me. There are a couple of other shades are available too.
The powder is in a beautiful silver compact with mirror and velvet pouch. The case has the signature Dior quilting pattern. You also get a really cute little kabuki brush which is great.
The powder itself is very rich and velvety. It claims are true, it does give a very natural health glow and no sign of caking. The coverage is buildable but I just apply a small amount to my face focusing on my forehead, nose and chin as these areas can become shiny as the day goes on.
I really like this powder and I think the quality of the product, the packaging and the addition of the kabuki brush make it worth the £35.00 price tag.
Have you tried this? what are your thoughts? I would love to hear from you.
