Clothes Haul

I thought whilst the Sales were on I would get some new clothes. I need things for my holiday which is not until January, but I think its best to get things now as there won’t be much summer stuff around in December & January. That’s the excuse I gave my husband anyway…!

First of all, Boohoo sent me a 30% off discount code so I ordered a few bits from them. I love Boohoo because their prices are great but then they also regularly send discount codes so their stuff is such good value for money. They also do a great range of clothes catering for Tall, Curve and Petite.

I have had my eye on this denim jacket for a while so had to get it with the discount.

It’s an oversized fit and I love the pearls on it. I will wear this a lot because it will look great with skirts, trousers and dresses.

I got this dress which is for my holiday. It was really difficult to photograph this so apologies if my photos don’t do it justice. Click on the link to see it on a model.

It’s an off the shoulder Bardot dress with sheer long sleeves which are covered in this really pretty embroidery detail.

I wasnt sure about this top when I opened it.

Its thicker than I thought it would be so it’s not really something for my holiday its more of an autumn / winter top. But, its black and I love the frills so I know I will get its a wear out of this.

Final thing from Boohoo is this long kimono.

This is a similar design to the dress. It has long sleeves and it’s a sheer fabric with the embroidery detail and then a tasselled bottom. I thought this would be nice either over leggings and a vest top (maybe for the airport? Does anyone else plan their airport outfits like me??) or it will also be great as a beach cover up.

My next order was from River Island. They had a sale on so I got a couple of things.

I have never really been a fan of red. It’s not a colour I usually chose when buying clothes or bags but both of these items are red and I love them.

These trousers are stunning.

I love the floral design and they are wide legged so loose and cool, perfect for holiday. I will wear these now too. They look great with the Boohoo denim jacket.

The final item is this dress / cover up (sorry I can’t link to this as it must have sold out).

I will probably wear this in the day as a cover up at the beach or at the pool. It has lovely gold embroidery detailing so I will wear gold accessories with it.

The mirroed sunglasses in some of the photos are really cheap from ebay. They are gold framed with a rose gold mirroed lens.

I will probably be doing more holiday clothing hauls between now and January because I recently had a clear out and got rid of loads of old holiday clothes so I need quite a few things. Off to Cheshire Oaks in a few weeks so I am sure there will be another haul blog next month.

Thanks for reading
